Why we exist
Most independent hotels in India run on a mix of OTA extranets, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and spreadsheets. Bookings get missed, rooms get double-sold, and the owner has to call the front desk to know how the day went. The software that solves this was built for large chains — too complex and too expensive for a 20-room hotel.
HotelSarrthi is built for the hotels those tools left out.
What we do
- Get you digitally ready — we help set up your Google Business profile, OTA listings and property content.
- Run the hotel in one place — reservations, front desk, room inventory, housekeeping, guest records and payments, on any device.
- Stay in sync — availability and bookings synced with Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo and other OTAs through our channel-manager partner.
- Give owners clarity — revenue, occupancy and pending payments, checked from a phone.

Who we are
HotelSarrthi is a product of StoriesUnlocked, a sole proprietorship owned by Suresh Kumar Babbar, based in India. We build and operate the software, onboard every hotel ourselves, and support it directly.
