Shipping & Delivery Policy

HotelSarrthi is software delivered over the internet by StoriesUnlocked (Sole Proprietorship of Suresh Kumar Babbar). We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and there is no physical delivery address involved.

1. How the Service is delivered

• Access is delivered digitally — through the HotelSarrthi web dashboard, which works in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
• You sign in with the mobile number registered on your account, using a one-time password (OTP). Log-in details are sent to that number and to your registered email address.
• Invoices and payment receipts are sent by email.

2. Delivery timelines

• Account activation: within 2 working days of your payment being confirmed. We will notify you by SMS, email or WhatsApp once your account is active.
• Renewals: access continues without interruption when a monthly payment is received on time.
• Onboarding and setup: our team schedules setup — property content, room inventory, and OTA connection — with you after activation. Timelines for Google Business profiles and OTA listings depend on approval by those platforms, which we do not control; we will keep you updated throughout.

3. If you have not received access

If we cannot activate your account, you are entitled to a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
